Orders
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as it hasn't shipped yet, contact us at hello@thebeautylounge.com. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your name and approximate order date.
Delivery
What are your delivery times?
Full details are available on our Delivery & Returns page. A tracking email is sent as soon as your parcel ships.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the parcel and affected products — we treat these requests as a priority.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
The full process is available on our Delivery & Returns page. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days maximum.
