Terms & Conditions of Sale

These T&Cs are agreed between PLACE PRIVEE SAS (hereafter "THE BEAUTY LOUNGE") and any individual consumer (hereafter "the Buyer") wishing to make a purchase on www.thebeautylounge.com.

Article 1 - Purpose & Acceptance

Any order placed on the Site implies the Buyer's full acceptance of these T&Cs. THE BEAUTY LOUNGE reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

Article 3 - Pricing & Products

Prices are indicated in Euros (including VAT). They do not include shipping costs, which are calculated before final checkout. Products are available while stocks last.

Article 4 - Secure Payment

Payment is made via Credit Card (Stripe) or PayPal. Payments are processed immediately through secure SSL encryption protocols.

Article 5 - Delivery

Shipping via Colissimo (France, EU, Switzerland, USA, Canada).
Delivery times are 3 business days for France and 4-8 days for international orders. In case of damaged parcels, please report it to the carrier and contact us at hello@thebeautylounge.com.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right to withdraw. Products must be returned new, sealed, and in original packaging to the return address (Article 7).

Article 7 - Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns must be sent with a return form to:
